Appointment Policy
Kindly note that all appointments must be scheduled in advance. When making an online booking, a $20 deposit is necessary to secure your appointment slot. Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Additionally, for any cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice, a $30 fee will be required to continue booking with us. However, we do understand emergencies and will waive the fee for the first-time last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Moreover, to facilitate the process, we kindly request that you refrain from arriving with mascara or strip lash glue on. A $10 removal service fee will be applied if necessary. We recommend avoiding the consumption of caffeine if it tends to cause eye twitching before your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
We kindly request that our clients arrive punctually for their appointments to ensure ample time for optimal results. While there is no specific fee for late arrivals, please note that the duration of the appointment might be shortened due to time constraints. Clients arriving beyond a 15-minute delay may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late arrivals could disrupt subsequent appointments scheduled for our lash artists. While we strive to be accommodating, please understand that we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment based on our discretion.

In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect, and a $30 fee may be applied.
Payment | Gratuity
We accept payments via Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
For Credit Card payments, there is a $2 transaction fee.
If the transaction exceeds $150, a 3% transaction fee will be applied.
Gratuities are genuinely appreciated. A 15-20% gratuity is generally common with professional services.
Requested Technician
For all appointments made via Call/Text, bookings will be assigned to an available lash technician randomly. Should you prefer to schedule your appointment with a specific lash technician, kindly inform us in advance.
Additionally, if you are dissatisfied with your assigned lash technician, you have the option to request another technician during the booking process. We value your comfort and satisfaction and will accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
